White label penetration testing for MSPs and consultancies
White label penetration testing lets a managed service provider or consultancy deliver testing under its own brand. So your client keeps one relationship, while authorisation still flows from the system owner.
- Signed scope before testing
- Fixed price agreed in writing
- OWASP and PTES methods
How white label penetration testing works
You hold the client relationship. We carry out the testing and prepare the report in your format. Therefore your client deals with you throughout.
However, the legal basis does not change. The system owner must still authorise the work in writing.
Authorisation in white label penetration testing
Authorisation is the part partners most often underestimate. So the chain is documented before testing starts.
| Step | Who signs |
|---|---|
| Testing authorisation | The system owner, your client |
| Scope and rules of engagement | Client, partner and tester |
| Partner agreement | You and Apex Offensive |
| Confidentiality | All parties |

What partners receive
Deliverables match what you would provide yourself. Also, findings are written so your team can support remediation.
- A report in your brand and format
- Evidence for each finding
- A debrief for your team
- A retest of agreed fixes
- Methods following OWASP and PTES
Choosing a white label penetration testing partner
Ask who will test, how reports are reviewed and how conflicts are handled. Because your reputation rides on the work, quality control matters most. As a result, a short sample report is a fair request.
In addition, agree how the tester communicates with your client, if at all. The Penetration Testing Execution Standard describes the method.
Fees
Partner engagements run on the same fixed-price model, with the $25,000 minimum. Full engagements run from $35,000 to $120,000, and the floor is $25,000. The bounded Focused Exposure Review starts at $4,500. Its fee is credited in full against a full engagement commissioned within ninety days.
